All Telephony courses are provided on-site. By involving us early in the IPT deployment we are able to develop a course that suits you and your customers specific needs.

Customer consultation is always available, in order for us to ascertain which features of the system are required, thus allowing us to tailor the training to meet those needs.

Arista UK provides customised guides which reflect the functions and features that are relevant to our customer’s specific implementation. These can be handed out after training sessions, during floorwalking and on new sites are often handed out as part of a Welcome Pack.
