ObjectivesOn completion of the course delegates will learn administer Avaya INDex IVM. PrerequisitesBasic PC Skills Course ContentAccessing voicemail from a handset via the display and via dial access. Voice Administration – Managing, creating and deleting mailboxes, secure passwords, backups, monitoring ports and system defaults. Callflow Manager – Explanation of Callflows and actions that can be used. Things like programming Auto-attendants and Night Services etc. Maintaining existing callflows, understanding start points, creating and deleting callflows. Conditions Manager – Explanation of Conditions, a true/false question. E.g. Are we Open/Closed or is it a Bank Holiday Yes/No. Creating and deleting conditions and using them in a callflow. Queue Manager – (If purchased) Creating and deleting queue messages i.e. Comfort greetings such as “All our operators a busy, please hold or press 1 to leave a message”. And associating them with groups. Recording Services – (If purchased) Recording calls and managing the library. |
