Course Content

• Handset overview covering specific features and functionality of the unit
• Answering and making calls via handset
• Answering and making calls via the Hands free function (if applicable)
• Transferring calls to other extensions and voicemail
• Placing calls on hold and retrieving calls from hold
• Call pick-up (answering calls ringing at another extension)
• Setting up call diverts (if your extension is busy, or if there is no answer)
• Programming one touch speed-call buttons
• Use of Feature Access Codes with your handset
• Setting up your Voice Mail Box
• Recording your name, passcode and message
• Retrieving, deleting and forwarding your voicemail messages
• Remote message retrieval (if applicable)
